A college student’s wardrobe can be described through a few essentials: tanks, crop tops, v-necks, sweaters, headphones, snapbacks, and of course backpacks. These are standard amongst students worldwide, but how many of them can say that their clothing can provide financial relief to countries around the world?
Three college students, Jeff Steitz, Ryan Westberg, and Nate Holterman, came back from a study abroad program with one goal in mind. Their objective was to create a clothing brand that connected people, from different countries around the globe, through fabric, while giving back to the communities that inspired their region’s particular pattern. In just two years, they have made their dream a reality. Serengetee is a clothing company that does exactly that. They have become really popular amongst college students and even celebrities, like Tyler Posey (Teen Wolf) and Jimmy Tatro (YouTube Personality), have begun to endorse them.
