Boston Calling is partnering with Boston’s Sam Adams Octoberfest Celebration for the fall 2014 festival. According to the press release:
Boston Calling ticketholders who are 21+ will now be able to enjoy the festival in true Samuel Adams Octoberfest style, including its popular seasonal beer, stein-hoisting competitions, and traditional German fare such as warm pretzels and grilled sausages…Fans are encouraged to dust off their German lederhosen and dirndls, and come to Boston Calling dressed in costume to partake in the Octoberfest bash within the festival. In addition to stein hoisting, attendees will be able to immortalize the moment in a Samuel Adams Octoberfest photo booth and enjoy plenty of lawn games in a beer hall setting.
