Aspiring writer, director, and actor Jon Bershad uses his Youtube page to display his comedic chops. Based in New York, his hilarious work consists of gimmicks such as one-take remakes of Hollywood movies to original comedy segments on internet memes. His page hasn’t received much attention, but he’s certainly a talent on the rise. Check out his page here!
On October 22, Bershad uploaded his newest segment entitled “Bill Murray Stories.” In the four minute sketch, a group of friends gather around a campfire to tell scary stories with a flashlight under their faces. The stories take a strange turn when they begin reciting tales of the strange appearances of the mysterious and weird movie star Bill Murray. Seems like he’s become somewhat of a boogeyman. Showing up at college parties and film festivals and bars. All uninvited. Scary stuff, man. “Bill Murray can’t find me where I live, right,” one worried friend asks. Another replies, “That’s kind of the thing. Bill Murray can just find you anywhere.” And just as things get really “unnerving,” a man shrouded in shadows appears. The rest you’ll have to see for yourself.
